Desired Results Developmental Profile 2010
This eight-week interactive course will help you acquire the tools, knowledge and inspiration you will need to use the DRDP 2010 to support children’s achievement of the Desired Results.
This course will cover:
- How the DRDP fits in with the California Early Learning System, and how it links to the Foundations and Frameworks
- The structure of the DRDP 2010, and how it is the same and different than previous versions.
- An in-depth examination of the new English Language Development measures in the preschool version.
- Collection and storage of evidence of child progress.
- Details on how to complete the forms.
- Summary reports.
- Using DRDP results in curriculum planning.
Course requirements include readings, practice, implementation, sharing with peers, analyzing data and a final paper.
