The Regional Leads, Special Education Leads, and English Learner Leads organize local training efforts and coordinate regional events around language and literacy development, program improvement and school readiness for teachers and administrators in their area. They also collaborate with County Offices of Education, Local Child Care Councils, First 5 Commissions, Head Start, and other agencies around school readiness initiatives.
